Timeless and graceful. This beautiful pale blue dress from Patachou has a soft tulle overlay which is embroidered with a delicate floral pattern. The dress has short, scalloped sleeves, a scalloped hem and a chiffon waistband. The dress is double lined with chiffon and cotton layers and a tulle frill at the hem to give the skirt volume. The back is cut into a V shape and fastens with a concealed zip.
