This elegant pale blue dress from Patachou is made from soft, luxurious chiffon. The dress has ruffled details on the collar, cuffs and bodice, which is adorned with crystal gem faux buttons. There is a ruched belt at the waist that ties into a bow on the back. The dress is lined with two layers of lightweight cotton and there is a tulle underlay at the hem to give the skirt volume.
